User Agreement

These terms govern use of Hearthline Voice websites, course materials, contact services, and related features. By using the service, you agree to act lawfully and respectfully.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Accounts are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

Course access and payment

Course descriptions, prices, formats, and durations appear in the catalog. Access is provided for the purchaser’s personal learning use according to the selected format. Any applicable taxes and refund conditions are shown at purchase or confirmed by our team. Payments are processed securely through approved providers.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, scrape, disrupt, impersonate, harass, or use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful material. Learner contributions must respect confidentiality and the dignity of other participants. Sharing of session recordings or private exercises outside the platform is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Hearthline Voice owns or licenses the site, course frameworks, writing, exercises, and visual design. We grant a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal learning. No commercial reproduction or redistribution is permitted without prior written consent.

Learner conduct

Participants are expected to engage with courtesy and openness. Disruptive behavior, hate speech, or violation of others’ privacy may result in removal from courses without refund. We reserve the right to moderate discussions and remove content that violates these standards.

Educational disclaimer

Courses provide educational practice and do not guarantee a particular speaking result, promotion, audience response, or professional outcome. Learners remain responsible for decisions made in their own context. The service is not a substitute for professional therapy or legal advice.

Cancellation and changes
